Will Apple let you redownload an album you have already purchased?

I bought the album "The Fame" on iTunes but i deleted the digital
booklet because it didn't work. I finally bought another album and saw
that the problem was fixed. However, I was wondering if I bought the
album "The Fame" again, if I would have to pay another $7.99.
Since the new system called the iCloud came out, it let me download
all the songs from my iPod to my iPhone
@Electronic Man I'm not wondering about the price, im wondering if it
will let me redownload the album for free because i already bought it.
I want the Digital Booklet that i deleted the first time I bought it.
I figured if I bought the whole album again, Apple would give me the
working version of the digital booklet. But i'm asking if i have to
pay for the second time.
